Longboat Village has a community dock for your use as well as a fishing pier and a canoe/kayak launch, for endless adventures. This home has enough parking for three cars and the outdoor space is large and great for entertaining. There is a large pool with a spa, that has a waterfall that feeds over into the pool. There is outdoor seating to accommodate up to four. Rinse off in the outside shower after a day at the beach before a dip in the pool. On the second level, there is a wraparound balcony with an outdoor couch with two adjoining chairs. Through the front door, you will find an open concept floor plan. The kitchen boasts lovely blue cabinets, with spacious granite countertops. Adjacent is the large living room. There is a plush couch with an adjoining chair, offering plenty of space to kick back and relax. This space has a lot of unique features, from the custom wood beams to the stone fireplace, and the gorgeous wood floor. The large master bedroom is located at the end of the hall. This room has a king-size bed and a private door with access to the outside pool area. There is also a desk, for you to set up your computer/tablet for your own perfect staycation office! Attached is the master bathroom, which has an updated vanity with a large shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and offers plenty of space for your personal belongings. Attached is the second bathroom that has a large vanity with a shower/tub combo with a detachable showerhead. The third bedroom is perfect for the children! There is a bunk bed that has a full-size on the bottom, and a twin-size bed above. Head outside and you are bound to see a real peacock or two roaming around Peacock Place! When youre ready to explore, head out to the nearby white sandy beaches of Longboat Key " the adventure begins. The world-famous St. Armands Circle offers endless boutique shopping and dining experiences, or you can enjoy an array of artistic events in Downtown Sarasota, such as the Sarasota Opera, the Sarasota Orchestra, ballet, theatre, the infamous Ringling Art Museum, Maria Selby Botanical Gardens, and Marina Jacks for boat tours.
